Reservation
Reservations will become valid upon our confirmation. Subject to availablility we will make available free spaces without reservation. All payments have to be made at least 1 week prior the event takes place by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation
Written cancellation must be provided to LOFFICE, either by e-mail or fax.
Should cancellation be deemed necessary, the following policy will apply:
In the event of cancellation more than six months prior to the function date, no penalty will apply.
In the event of cancellation less than one week prior to the function date, a cancellation fee equal to 10 % of the regular room rental.
Delivery / Storage
Due to limited storage space, we cannot always guarantee space for early delivery of materials. Materials must be removed from LOFFICE on the last day of the event. LOFFICE will not be responsible for damage or loss of any items left during or following an event.
