House rules

	Please use Loffice according to the rules outlined in the House rules and Terms of use (TOU). Breaking the rules disrupts effective working environment and may have individual consequences.
	Smoking is only allowed inside the yard and on the terrace.
	On your first visit, please present your ID and permanent residence card at the reception desk. The ID will be copied for our records. We guarantee that personal data is going to be handled confidentially and will not be accessible to third parties.
	Loffice has a self-service kitchen. Please keep it clean and tidy. Help yourself with tea and coffee, cups and plates in the cupboard. Feel free to place the dishes after use into the dishwasher.
	Loffice is an open workplace, please consider that sound carries easily in an open space.
	Loffice does not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property, so please take care of your belongings, do not leave valuables and moveable personal property, such as laptops and mobile phones, unattended. Secure storage space is available on demand. Please inquire at the reception.
	Loffice is an animal friendly office. House trained animals are warmly welcome.
	May you need to discuss confidential matters there is a separate conference room available. Please feel free to leave your desk and speak in private.
	Your guest are our guests, but the responsibility is Yours!
	Facilities: scanner, printer, fax, copy machine, projector, audio-visual equipment, projection screen, flipchart, folder, stationery, kitchen equipment, wi-fi. A physical post box for correspondence and Loffice postal address could also be provided upon request.
	Please inquire for the pricelist for fax, printer, copy machine, audio equipment services, wi-fi code and stationary at the reception desk.
	To prevent theft, please lock your bike on the inside yard. If you do not have a bycicle lock, please do not hesitate to ask for one at the reception desk, we try to help you!
	Live dynamically. After doing morning exercise you could stay at the Loffice and take a shower here. No need to go home!
	Loffice is a green office space. Please collect the recyclable materials. The recycling boxes are next to the reception desk.
