Reservation
Reservations will become valid upon our confirmation. Subject to availability we will make available free spaces without reservation.
Cancellation
Written cancellation must be provided to LOFFICE, either by e-mail or fax.
Should cancellation be deemed necessary, the following policy will apply.
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hour prior to the function date, a cancellation fee equal to 10 % of the regular room rental.
