Our office situated in the downtown of Budapest, in a loft building running by alternative energy. Loffice is a beloved basis of freelancers, small and mid sized entrepreneurs. 300 sq meter common working area, 3 meeting rooms and an event and exhibition hall with a capacity of 100 person as well as 130 and 40 sq meter office spaces for fix renting are available for workers who like the industrial style.

From the tarnished apartment house wich is situated in Pest side was converted as a design office with 6 separated coworking studios (16-28 sq meter). The office combined the classical bourgeois, the sophisticated, ergonomic design with contemporary art playfully.

In our “molino office” where also the walls are covered with recycled materials we established studio offices (12-80 sq meter) for smaller and bigger companies. The enterieur design originates from Szupernova Design group. Our policy was the same as in every other office: recycling, efficiency and sustanibility.

Our office space, which was a factory before is a 250 sq meter space for bigger communities. The space is 9 meters high with rough concrete surface, a real loft building. You can rent it with or without garden.

The office opened in the 7th district of Vienna, well-known as the quarter of creative people, at 85 Schottenfeldgasse, is the international implementation of the LOFFICE concept which has received the young entrepreneur`s award in Hungary in 2010.
